THE PHF SCHOLARSHIP & STANDARD PROGRAM SEEKS TO GIVE STUDENTS THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO SUCCEED BY OFFERING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE SHOWN COMMITMENT TOWARDS CONTINUING THEIR EDUCATION. THE SCHOLARSHIPS ALL RECOGNIZE EXTRAORDINARY ACHIEVEMENT, LEADERSHIP AND TALENT. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AWARDS VARY FROM FINANCIAL NEED TO ACADEMIC AND ACHIEVEMENTS. THE FOUNDATION AWARDED 2,500 IN SCHOLARSHIPS IN 2022.


THE OUTDOORS ACTIVITIES PROGRAMMING FOCUSES ON TEACHING KIDS ABOUT THE OUTDOORS TO DRIVE AN APPRECIATION FOR NATURE, A CONSERVATION MINDSET, AND TO ENGAGE KIDS IN PARTICIPATING IN THE MANY OUTDOOR SPORTSMAN ACTIVITIES NATURE OFFERS. THE FIRST 300 YOUTH, AGES 15 AND UNDER, TO REGISTER WILL RECEIVE A FREE ROD AND REEL. A PICNIC-STYLE LUNCH IS PROVIDED TO ALL ATTENDEES. ALL YOUTH PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR CHAPERONE.


2022 TURKEY GIVEAWAY: THE ORGANIZATION HELD A TURKEY GIVEAWAY IN 2022. FAMILIES BENEFITTING FROM THE GIVEAWAY MUST MEET OR BE BELOW THE FEDERAL INCOME GUIDELINE. THE FOUNDATION SERVED 150 FAMILIES WITH THIS EVENT.
