IN ORDER TO ENSURE CONSISTENT QUALITY FOR THE STUDENTS, TEACH INSTRUCTORS WORK FIRST WITH THE PRINCIPAL AND THE LEADERSHIP TEAM BEFORE WORKING WITH TEACHERS AND STAFF. PRINCIPALS AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS LEARN ALL THE SKILLS IN DE-ESCALATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION PRIOR TO THE TEACHERS AND CAN PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO TEACHERS. AS A RESULT, THE CAMPUS HAS A UNIFIED APPROACH TO STUDENT BEHAVIOR. IN 2021, 100 ADMINISTRATORS AND PRINCIPALS PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM.

TEACH INSTRUCTORS PROVIDE GROUPS OF EDUCATORS WITH PRACTICAL STRATEGIES IN ENGAGING EVERY CHILD IN THE CLASSROOM, BUILDING STUDENTS' SELF-IMAGE, AND ENHANCING CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT. TEACHERS AND STAFF TAKE PART IN MONTHLY PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES (PLCS) WHERE THEY WILL MEET WITH A TEACH PROGRAM MANAGER TO GAIN STRATEGIES AND SKILLS FOR WORKING WITH THEIR MOST DIFFICULT STUDENTS. IN 2021, 1,000 TEACHERS PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM. THESE TEACHERS DIRECTLY SERVE 12,000 STUDENTS.

TEACH PROVIDES EACH TEACHER WITH AN INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM MANAGER TO HELP EDUCATORS IMPLEMENT NEW SKILLS AT THEIR OWN PACE, IN THEIR OWN CLASSROOM. SESSIONS TAKE PLACE IN EACH TEACHER'S CLASSROOM, ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, AND SERVE AS A GENUINE RESOURCE OF SUPPORT. IN 2021 TEACH COACHED 1,000 TEACHERS WHO DIRECTLY SERVE 12,000 STUDENTS.
