WE ARE A SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING TEAM THAT HAS SWIMMERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5 TO 18. BETWEEN TWO AGE-BASED PROGRAMS WE GENERALLY SERVE ABOUT 80 CHILDREN OVER THE COURSE OF THE SWIM SEASON. OUR LONGEST RUNNING PROGRAM IS OUR VALLEY FOOTHILL COMPETITIVE AQUATICS LEAGUE PROGRAM. TEAM TRAVEL IS LIMITED TO THE LOCAL SACRAMENTO REGION FOR COMPETITIONS. PRACTICES ARE HELD 3 TIMES A WEEK DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR AND 6 TIMES A WEEK IN SUMMER. THE PROGRAM SERVES ABOUT 50 SWIMMERS.
