RESEARCH IS CONDUCTED BY INDEPENDENT SCHOLARS AND QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE IN SPECIFIC AREAS.IN RECENT YEARS, INCLUDING 2022, THE FOUNDATION CONDUCTED RESEARCH SEVERAL TOPICS, INCLUDING CONTROLLING THE COST OF LITIGATION, INTERLOCUTORY APPEALS FROM TRIAL COURTS, APPELLATE COURT EFFICIENCY, BARRATRY/ATTORNEY SOLICITATION, SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY, ATTORNEY FEE STATUTES, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BUSINESS COURTS, JUDICIAL SELECTION METHODS, THECRIMINAL BAIL SYSTEM, AND LIABILITY ISSUES RELATED TO THE TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE OF CARBON.
