THE ORGANIZATION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AFTER LAUNCH AND HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE ORGANIZATION WAS INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED BY THE MONTANA SECRETARY OF STATE ON 12/1/2015. THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION WAS TO ESTABLISH A FOUNDATION IN SUPPORT OF YOUTH DYNAMICS, INC., A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.

PRIOR TO DISSOLUTION, THE ORGANIZATION HAD BEEN IN ITS INFANCY AND DID NOT RAISE FUNDS NOR INCUR EXPENSES FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE BOARD DISBANDED AND THE BOARD OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION WAS TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO PROCEED WITH THE FOUNDATION OR TO TERMINATE THE FOUNDATION. THE DECISION WAS TO TERMINATE THE ORGANIZATION AND ON 12/1/2015, THE ORGANIZATION WAS INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED BY THE MONTANA SECRETARY OF STATE. THE ORGANIZATION HAD NO ASSETS AND NO LIABILITES.
