IN 2023, ORR FELLOWSHIP RECRUITED IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY AT OVER 60 COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND ATTRACTED 906 QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. WE SHARED JOB OFFERS WITH 90 CANDIDATES WHO ALSO RECEIVED OFFERS TO JOIN ORR FELLOWSHIP AS ORR FELLOWS (NEW MEMBERS) IN THE FUTURE CLASS OF 2024.


IN 2023, ORR FELLOWSHIP CONTINUED TO OFFER LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EVENTS TO OUR MEMBERS INCLUDING NATIONAL SPEAKER, BUSINESS LEADER SPEAKER SERIES, FUNCTIONAL WORKSHOPS, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION TRAININGS, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING.


EXPENSES RELATED TO OPERATING THE ORGANIZATION AT A HIGH LEVEL INCLUDING THE 3 FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES. THE FTES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND DELIVERING ALL PROGRAMMING RELATED TO THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND EXECUTION OF THE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EVENTS.
