TO PROVIDE TUITION-FREE, QUALITY EDUCATION TO STUDENTS IN PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE IN ORLEANS PARISH. THE SCHOOL SPECIALIZES IN MATH AND SCIENCE.

EINSTEIN CHARTER SCHOOL IS AN OPEN ADMISSION SCHOOL PROVIDING EDUCATION WITH A CURRICULUM SPECIALIZED IN MATH AND SCIENCE FOR GRADES PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE. EINSTEIN CHARTER SCHOOL SERVED 1,602 STUDENTS, TUITION FREE, FROM THE MICHOUD COMMUNITY IN NEW ORLEANS EAST DURING THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR.WE ARE NOW RECOGNIZED AS A MODEL FOR EXPANDING CHARTER SCHOOL NETWORKS SERVING HIGH POVERTY, HIGH NEEDS STUDENTS. EINSTEIN SERVES WELL OVER HALF OF ALL ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS IN THE OPSB SYSTEM. RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE: EINSTEIN CHARTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT VILLAGE DE L'EST EARNED THE CHEVRON PROJECT LEAD THE WAY'S DISTINGUISHED SCHOOL AWARD FOR 2017-18, THE ONLY SCHOOL TO DO SO IN LOUISIANA. FOR THE SEVENTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR, 100% OF OUR 8TH GRADE STUDENTS WHO PARTICIPATED IN ALGEBRA I PASSED THEIR END-OF-COURSE EXAM AND EARNED CREDIT PRIOR TO MATRICULATION. FINALLY, ALL EINSTEIN CHARTER SCHOOLS OUTSCORED OR EQUALED OPSB AND LA STATEWIDE TOP GROWTH PERCENTILES FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS (ELA). EINSTEIN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS OUTSCORED OR EQUALED OPSB AND LA STATEWIDE TOP GROWTH PERCENTILES IN MATH IN 2020.
