TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH AND TREATMENT OF AMYLOID DISEASE AND RELATED DISORDERS, AND TO EDUCATE THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE SYMPTOMS OF AMYLOIDOSIS. ADDITIONALLY SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT THE BOARD DEEMS APPROPRIATE. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN 2020, THERE WERE NO GRANTS AND ASSOCIATED EXPENSE THEN, BUT IN 2021, ACTIVITIES RESUMED ONCE AGAIN.
