Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

IN FY23 WE WERE ABLE TO REBUILD PERFORMANCE NUMBERS, RENTAL INCOME, AND INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS TO PRE-PANDEMIC LEVELS. WE EXPANDED SERVICE TO THE NATIONAL TAIKO COMMUNITY, BECOMING REGIONAL AMBASSADORS TO THE TAIKO COMMUNITY ALLIANCE AND SERVING AS JUDGES IN THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL TAIKO TAIKAI IN L.A. WE PURSUED ARTISTIC GROWTH THROUGH THE I-10 TAIKO PROJECT, A COLLABORATION WITH PHOENIX TAIKO PLAYERS, AND TRAVELED TO TRAIN AND PERFORM, AGAIN, ALMOST AT PRE-PANDEMIC LEVELS. A MAJOR AREA OF DEVELOPMENT IS WITH OUR FACILITY, RHYTHM INDUSTRY PERFORMANCE FACTORY, WITH FANCING, PAINTING, UPGRADED AUDIO AND MORE. OUR MEMBERSHIP AND STUDENTSHIP CONSISTS OF ABOUT 40 PEOPLE. OUR LILLIAN CAVETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROGRAM SERVES ABOUT 600 CHILDREN/YOUTH AND TEACHERS. OUR OTHER INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS SERVE ABOUT 200 PEOPLE. OUR AUDIENCE FOR PERFORMANCES IS ABOUT 175,000
