THIS IS DONE BY PROVIDING AFTER-SCHOOL AND SUMMER PROGRAMS WHICH EMPHASIZE LITERACY AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, USING THE TALENTS OF TEACHERS, VOLUNTEER TUTORS, ADULT CAREGIVERS AND A VARIETY OF LOCAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
