TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCE AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE COMMUNITY OF BOWLING GREEN AND WARREN COUNTY, KENTUCKY AND TO OTHERWISE IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE AREA.
