THESE PROGRAMS ALLOW MEMBER JURISDICTIONS TO IMPROVE THE COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA FOR PLANNING AND DESCISION MAKING PROCESSES ACROSS OF VARIETY OF HEALTH INFORMATION DOMAINS.
