QUALITY AND ASSURANCE - THIS INCLUDE PROGRAMS TO ALLOW HEALTH AGENICES TO COLLECT, ANALYZE, AND MAKE EFFECTIVE USE OF HEALTH INFORMATION. THESE PROGRAMS ALLOW MEMBER JURISDICTIONS TO IMPROVE THE COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA FOR PLANNING AND DESCISION MAKING PROCESSES ACROSS OF VARIETY OF HEALTH INFORMATION DOMAINS.
SPECIAL PROJECTS - THIS INCLUDES ALL OTHER PROGRAM TYPE ACTIVITIES THAT COVER A BROAD SPECTRUM OF HEALTH RELATED ISSUES RELEVANT TO THE PACIFIC REGION
