THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A CONTINUUM OF INNOVATIVE VOCATIONAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS TO ADULTS WITH MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES IN SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY. THEIR GOAL IS TO MAXIMIZE EMPLOYABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE BY PROMOTING PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND PRODUCTIVITY IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT AND BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, REHABILITIATION WORKSHOPS, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING FOR DISABLED ADULTS.
