PUBLISH A BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND BLOG TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE WORK OF HORTICULTURAL COMMUNICATIONS; OTHER PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE PLANT A ROW (PAR) PROGRAM THAT ENCOURAGES GARDENERS TO PLANT EXTRA AND DONATE, WHICH PRODUCES TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND HELPS PROVIDE FOR THE HOMELESS AND HUNGRY.
