THE DELTA XI NU MULTICULTURAL SORORITY INC. IS COMMITTED THE THE FURTHERANCE OF MULTICULTURALISM BY PROMOTING DIVERSITY AND CULTURAL AWARENESS IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. AS THE NATIONAL BOARD, WE WORK TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS AN ACTIVE FOCUS AND ATTENTIVENESS TO THIS FURTHERANCE BY OUR MEMBERS. ADDITIONALLY, THAT NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD FACILITATES THE PROVISION OF LEADERSHIP, CULTURAL, AND SISTERHOOD DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR CHAPTERS AND COLONIES, OUR MEMBERS AND THE SISTERHOOD AS A WHOLE. WE ARE A SOCIAL ORGANIZATION TO PROMOTE CULTURAL AWARENESS.

PROVIDES MEMBERS OPPORTUNITIES TO OBTAIN CAREER DEVELOPMENT, FURTHER UNDERSTANDING OF CULTURE AND HOW TO MAKE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES IN RELATION TO DIVERSITY AND CULTURAL AWARENESS, AND A REFOCUSED SESSION ON MEMBERSHIP AS A WHOLE.
OPPORTUNITIES ARE PROVIDED TO MEMBERS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, ORGANIZED SERVICE/PHILANTHROPY ACTIVITIES (OVER 300 PARTICIPATED IN SERVICE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES).
OUR NATIONAL BOARD ORGANIZED THE APPLICATION TO THE NATIONAL MULTICULTURAL GREEK COUNCIL TO BRING ABOUT A MORE COLLABORATIVE WORKING GROUP.
