INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT: DEVELOPED AND RELEASED AN INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR VARIABLE DATA PRINTING CALLED PPML 3.0. THIS STANDARD IS AN ENHANCED VERSION OF THE PREVIOUS STANDARD PPML 2.2. THE NEW VERSION SOLVES PROBLEMS RELATED TO PRINTING VARIABLE FILES CONSTRUCTED USING THE LATEST GRAPHICS SOFTWARE PACKAGES. INDUSTRY ADOPTION OF THE STANDARD BEGAN IN 2011 AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 2016.
MARKET AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: THE ORGANIZATION NOW HAS OVER 800 MEMBER COMPANIES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ENABLED BY DIGITAL PRINTING. EACH YEAR ANOTHER 45-50 CASE STUDIES ARE PUBLISHED THAT MEMBERS CAN USE TO PROMOTE DIGITAL PRINTING. ALL TOLD MORE THAN 500 CASE STUDIES HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED. EACH YEAR PODI MEMBERS ALSO ATTEND WEBINARS, DOWNLOAD WHITE PAPERS AND REPORTS, AND ATTEND AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
