21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FOR LOW PERFORMING STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE UTICA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT (MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL). SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES PROVIDED INCLUDE TUTORING, ACTIVE FAMILY LEARNING SERIES, CAREER EXPLORATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CAREER AND COLLEGE BOUND, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, THEATER, DRAMA AND PERFORMING ARTS. THIS PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS THAT AMOUNTED TO $954,262.
