PROVIDE FACILITIES TO AFFILIATED TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION TO ASSIST IN THE SERVICES FOR THE TREATMENT OF CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT YOUTH. THE AGENCY USED REVENUE FROM SPECIAL EVENTS TO PAY DEBT SERVICE ON RELATED FINANCING OF BUILDINGS.


THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS EDUCATION AND OUTREACH TO THE WESTERN NEW YORK COMMUNITY THROUGH ITS FACE2FACE PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, SPEAKERS, VIDEOS, IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR STAFF AS WELL AS EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES TO WESTERN NEW YORK SCHOOLS AND WORKPLACES. FACE2FACE IS AN ENERGIZED COMMUNITY ADVOCACY INITIATIVE AIMED AT REDUCING UNDERAGE DRINKING/SUBSTANCE ABUSE BY EMPOWERING SCHOOLS AND WORKPLACES WITH INFORMATION AND TOOLS NECESSARY TO DETECT EARLY AND ASSIST ADOLESCENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE AT RISK.
