PLAN AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, DEVELOP, OPERATE AND MANAGE RENTAL HOUSING FACILITIES FOR THE AGED, HANDICAPPED AND LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.


PURCHASE TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTIES, RENOVATE AND MAINTAIN THEM TO BE RENTED TO FAMILIES RECEIVING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AT SHELTER ALLOWANCE RULES.


OPERATION OF A 14 UNIT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT SUBJECT TO REGULATORY AGREEMENT UNDER THE NYS TURNKEY/ENHANCE HOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAM WHICH SETS INCOME LIMITS FOR ADMISSION TO OCCUPANCY.
