HOUSING PROGRAM: TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE AND SAFE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME SENIORS IN PENN YAN, NEW YORK, THAT IS NEAR LOCAL AMENITIES SUCH AS GROCERY STORES, BANKS, CHURCHES, PUBLIC LIBRARY, POST OFFICE, PHARMACIES, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING DISTRICT ATTRACTS MANY SENIORS WHO MAY NO LONGER DESIRE TO DRIVE. TENANTS MUST BE 62 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE ABLE TO MANAGE LIVING INDEPENDENTLY. RENTAL SUBSIDY MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY. 101 TENANTS SERVED.


ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM: THIS IS A NON-MEDICAL PROGRAM CERTIFIED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; IT IS OFFERED TO TENANTS WHO ARE LIVING INDEPENDENTLY AT ST.
