PROVIDED YOUTH SERVICES AND OPERATED PLYMOUTH CROSSROADS IN LANCASTER, NEW YORK WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 20. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A SUPPORTIVE, SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHICH EMPOWERS THEM TO DEVELOP INDEPENDENT AND HEALTHY PLANS FOR THE FUTURE, PROMOTING SELF- SUFFICIENCY AND AVOIDING LONG TERM DEPENDENCY ON SOCIAL SERVICES.
