BLOCO GINGA BRASIL BEGAN AS A VISION FROM OUR FOUNDER CONCEICAO DAMASCENO TO BRING THE CARNAVAL RHYTHMS AND DANCES OF HER NATIVE BAHIA, BRASIL TO THE BAY AREA.
