MWCF PLAYED A MAJOR ROLE WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA SECRETARY OF STATE, NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION, AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE, THROUGH THE U.S. EMBASSY IN CHISINAU, MOLDOVA IN THE ACQUISITION, DOCUMENTATION, TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOLBOOKS AND HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES RESTRICTED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND MEDICAL FACILITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA THAT ARE COOPERATING WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA - MOLDOVA BILATERAL PARTNERSHIP.
