THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDING FOR LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING SUCH AS THE ACADEMY OF LEADERSHIP, THE BETTER MAN WEEKEND, THE RALPH F. BURNS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE, ELEVATE: THE NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, SIG EXPERIENCE, RESPONSIBLE SIG ALONG WITH ACADEMIC AND NEEDS BASED SCHOLARSHIPS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO ALPHA SIGMA PHI FRATERNITY.
