PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS OF THE HEALTH QUEST SYSTEMS.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
MANAGEMENT FEE:TO PROVIDE EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT TO THE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS OF HEALTH QUEST. HEALTH QUEST PROVIDES CENTRALIZED ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE (INCLUDING PAYROLL, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, DECISION SUPPORT, MANAGED CARE, BUDGETS AND REIMBURSEMENT), PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES, PURCHASING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, COMPLIANCE, INTERNAL AUDIT, LAB MANAGEMENT, BIOMED SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LEGAL COUNSEL, PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT, MEDICAL AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT AND HOSPITALITY/SECURITY SERVICES MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO FURTHER THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF HEALTH QUEST. THIS HAS LEAD TO NUMBEROUS OPERATING EFFICIENCIES AT EACH MEMBER ORGANIZATION.
COVID-19 INSURANCE REFUND IS AN INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT FOR PPE SPEND DURING THE PANDEMIC.

OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDED THE GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM, VENDOR REBATES AND REFUNDS, INSURANCE REFUND AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES.
