THE PURPOSE OF THE CENTER IS TO RECEIVE, HOLD, INVEST AND ADMINISTER FUNDS (INCLUDING BEQUESTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS) AND DISTRIBUTE OR DONATE SUCH FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES. ALL PROGRAM AND GENERAL EXPENSES ARE RELATED TO SUPPORTING THE PREVENTION, MANAGEMENT AND TREATMENT OF KIDNEY DISEASE AND ASSOCIATED CO-MORBIDITIES OF KIDNEY DISEASE.


ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION/DISTRIBUTION OF AT LEAST $750,000 MADE BY THE CENTER TO THE ENDOWED HORTENSE & LOUIS RUBIN COMMUNITY HEALTH FUND (RUBIN HEALTH FUND), ESTABLISHED BY AND UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR THE GREATER CAPITAL REGION, INC.
