CATHOLIC CHARITIES RECOGNIZES HUMAN NEED AT ALL STAGES OF LIFE, RESPONDS TO ALL PERSONS REGARDLESS OF RACE, CREED OR LIFESTYLE, WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THE ECONOMICALLY POOR AND VULNERABLE. CATHOLIC CHARITIES SERVES AND EMPOWERS PERSONS IN NEED, ADVOCATES FOR A JUST SOCIETY, CALLS FORTH AND COLLABORATES WITH WOMEN AND MEN OF GOOD WILL IN FULFILLMENT OF ITS MISSION.

A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO ARE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED, INCLUDING ADVOCACY REFERRAL, RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENT, IN-HOME RESIDENTIAL AND RESPITE SERVICES. SERVICES FEATURE INDEPENDENT CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND IN-HOME RESIDENTIAL SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE ENVIRONMENT AND HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES WAIVER. CATHOLIC CHARITIES ASSISTS THE CONSUMER IN LOCATING AND CHOOSING THE COMMUNITY SERVICES NEEDED TO MEET AS MANY OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS AS POSSIBLE.

A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THE ELDERLY INCLUDING: COMPREHENSIVE CASEWORK/COUNSELING, AGING SERVICES, CONSULTATION AND A NUTRITION PROGRAM, INCLUDING MEALS FOR THE HOMEBOUND, NOON MEALS AT NINE GROUP SITES, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND A RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM.
