THE RETAIL COUNCIL OF NEW YORK STATE IS ONE OF THE LARGEST FULL-SERVICE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCATIONS REPRESENTING RETAILERS IN THE STATE. ONE OF ITS PRIMARY FUNCTIONS IS TO ADVOCATE FOR AND REPRESENT THE INTEREST OF RETAILERS OF ALL SIZE AND VARIETY ON STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE LEGISLATIVE CONCERNS. ADDITIONALLY, THE RETAIL COUNCIL PROVIDES A WIDE VARIETY OF MONEY-SAVING SERVICES AND PROGRAMS TO ITS MEMBERS AT MORE FAVORABLE GROUP COSTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAN THEY CAN SECURE SEPARATELY OR INDIVIDUALLY.
