CRF PROMOTES LEADERSHIP AND PROVIDES LINKAGE BETWEEN PRACTICE AND EDUCATION, SERVING ITS DIVERSE MEMBERSHIP BY RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE, PROMOTING THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND FOSTERING INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT.
