THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO FUND SUPPORT SERVICES, OUTREACH, AND EDUCATION TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY BREAST CANCER WITHIN THE NINE COUNTIES OF THE HUDSON VALLEY, NEW YORK (COLUMBIA, DUTCHESS, GREENE, ORANGE, PUTNAM, ROCKLAND, SULLIVAN, ULSTER, AND WESTCHESTER COUNTIES)

Part 3 - Line 4a
MEDICAL GAP CARE FUND IS FOR INDIVIDUALS FACING LIFE EMERGENCIES AND/OR COSTS NOT COVERED BY HEALTH INSURANCE WHILE IN TREATMENT FOR BREAST CANCER.
TEN SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHOSE LIVES HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY BREAST CANCER. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GIVEN IN ALL NINE COUNTIES.
PEER TO PEER PROGRAM UNITING RECENTLY DIAGNOSED BREAST CANCER PATIENTS WITH TRAINED SURVIVORS.
ALL OTHER PROGRAMS FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF PROVIDING FUNDS FOR SUPPORT SERVICES AND OUTREACH FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY BREAST CANCER.
