THE SOCIETY PUBLISHES THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SPINE SURGERY TO PROMOTE AND DISSEMINATE ONLINE THE MOST UP-TO DATE SCIENTIFIC AND CLINICAL RESEARCH REGARDING INNOVATIONS IN SPINAL SURGERY RESULTING IN THE PRESERVATION OF MOTION AND NEW TECHNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES IN SPINAL SURGERY, INCLUDING BASIC SCIENCE, BIOLOGICS AND TISSUE ENGINEERING
ADVOCACY: ISASS HOLDS AN AMA HOUSE OF DELEGATES TO REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF SPINE SURGERY INCLUDING FAIR PRICING STRUCTURES FOR THE INDUSTRY AND COVERAGE DECISIONS FROM CRITICAL ADVISORY ORGANIZATIONS AND HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDERS WHICH ARE CRITICAL TO PATIENT CARE.
