IN FY22 FIVEMYLES ORGANIZED 19 SOLO AND GROUP EXHIBITIONS OF CONTEMPORARY ART IN THE 1,500 SQ. FT. MAIN GALLERY SPACE AND IN THE ADJACENT 120 SQ. FT. PLUS/SPACE. WE PRESENTED THE WORK OF 56 VISUAL ARTISTS, WHILE TAKING NECESSARY MEASURES TO KEEP BOTH THE PUBLIC AND OUR STAFF SAFE. FOR SIX DIFFERENT EXHIBITIONS, WE ORGANIZED ONLINE CONVERSATIONS WITH SPEAKERS FROM DIFFERENT FIELDS IN THE HUMANITIES, OFFERING THE PUBLIC A DIFFERENT LENSE TO CONNECT WITH THE WORK ON DISPLAY.WE ALSO RAN OUR SPACEPROGRAM, WHICH OFFERS OUR SPACE, FREE OF CHARGE, FOR LIVE PERFORMANCES IN A WIDE ARRAY OF DISCIPLINES. THE 37 SPACEPROGRAM EVENTS IN FY22 TOOK PLACE INSIDE THE GALLERY AND ON OUR WIDE SIDEWALK. THANKS TO THIS FLEXIBLE SETUP WE WERE ABLE TO PRESENT LIVE MUSIC, POETRY, SPOKEN WORD, AND DANCE PERFORMANCES BY 81 ARTISTS. IN TOTAL, A PHYSICAL AUDIENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 4580 PEOPLE ATTENDED FIVEMYLES PROGRAMS. ALL EVENTS AND EXHIBITIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE PUBLIC.
