TO EDUCATE THE POPULATION OF THE GRAMERCY PARK AREA AS TO THE SAFETY AND SECURITY ISSUES IN THIS HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD, AND TO BRING ABOUT CIVIC BETTERMENT IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF THOSE WHO LIVE OR WORK IN THIS AREA. ALSO, TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO THE UNIQUE QUALITIES OF GRAMERCY PARK AND ITS HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE TO NEW YORK CITY AND TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION CONCERNING THESE AND OTHER RELATED ISSUES.
