APED EXISTS TO INCREASE ACCESS TO GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES OF THE WASHINGTON HEIGHTS AND INWOOD COMMUNITIES OF NEW YORK CITY.
