THE RESTORATION IS A SIGNIFICANT PROGRAM ACTIVITY, HOWEVER BY CAPITALIZING THE COSTS OF THIS PROGRAM ACTIVITY THOSE COSTS ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE CENTER'S PROGRAM EXPENSES. IN ADDITION THE VALUE OF VOLUNTEERS WHO PROVIDE SKILLED LABOR IN RESEARCH OF HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND ARCHITECTURAL STYLES AND METHODS IS NOT REPRESENTED IN PROGRAM EXPENSE.
