THE MISSION OF THE HISPANIC FEDERATION IS TO EMPOWER AND ADVANCE THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY.

COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS SUPPORT AND UPLIFT CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING DIRECT SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, IMMIGRATION, HEALTH CARE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND THE ENVIRONMENT. IN 2021, THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ITS EFFORTS ON EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE, VACCINE EDUCATION AND REDUCING THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 IN THESE SERVICE AREAS.


TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO HELP ITS NETWORK OF LATINO NONPROFIT MEMBER AGENCIES SUPPORT THEIR CORE OPERATIONAL AND INFRASTRUCTURAL NEEDS, INCLUDING BOARD GOVERNANCE, STAFF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, FUNDRAISING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING, PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER CRITICAL AREAS.
