("NCPPP") IS A NON-PROFIT MEMBER CORPORATION INCORPORATED IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. ON SEPTEMBER 29,2020 THE BOARD AND SPONSORS OF NCPPP MADE A DECISION TO DISSOLVE THE ENTITY DUE TO LACK OF FUNDRAISE ABILITY IN LIGHT OF COVID-19 ENVIRONMENT, WHICH RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE BY UNANIMOUS WRITER CONSENT WAS MADE ON NOVEMBER 10, 2020 IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCPPP BY-LAWS. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION WAS PROVIDED TO THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ON NOVEMBER 24, 2020.A CERTIFICATE OF DISSOLUTION WAS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ON DECEMBER 14,2020.
