ON SEPTEMBER 29,2020 THE BOARD AND SPONSORS OF NCPPP MADE A DECISION TO DISSOLVE THE ENTITY DUE TO LACK OF FUNDRAISE ABILITY IN LIGHT OF COVID-19 ENVIRONMENT, WHICH RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE BY UNANIMOUS WRITER CONSENT WAS MADE ON NOVEMBER 10, 2020 IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCPPP BY-LAWS.
