TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME AND FOSTER GIRLS, AGES 6-18, FROM URBAN AND RURAL AREAS OF NEW YORK AND NEW ENGLAND WITH AN EMPOWERING RESIDENTIAL SUMMER CAMP EXPERIENCE AT NO COST TO THEIR FAMILIES. THROUGH RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, WE AIM TO HELP EACH CAMPER RECOGNIZE HER OWN PERSONAL STRENGTHS AND THOSE OF HER PEERS. USING OUR SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ATMOSPHERE, WE WORK TO INSTILL A SENSE OF PRIDE, ACCEPTANCE AND UNDERSTANDING AMONG OUR CAMPERS. IT IS OUR VISION THAT OUR CAMPERS WILL RETURN YEAR AFTER YEAR TO CONTINUE THEIR GROWTH AND BECOME SUCCESSFUL LEADERS.

THE SUMMER CAMP OPERATES AN OVERNIGHT CAMP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE INNERCITY AND RURAL GIRLS FROM LOW INCOME AND FOSTER FAMILIES WITH A RESIDENTIAL CAMPING EXPERIENCE. MANY CAMPERS ATTEND THE PROGRAM.
