GRANTING OF BID ASSESSMENTS, BILLED AND COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF NEW YORK, TO BRYANT PARK CORPORATION TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARD THE FUNDING OF THE APPROVED ACTIVITIES OF THE RELATED ORGANIZAION.
