RENTAL OPERATIONS: PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND IMPROVING THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS SERVED BY THE MONTEFIORE MEDICINE ACADEMIC HEALTH SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, OPERATING AND RENTING, REHABILITATING AND IMPROVING HOUSING, RELATED FACILITIES AND OTHER STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES.
