THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO UNITE IN COMMON ORGANIZATION THOSE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WHOSE PRINCIPLE OCCUPATION IS THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION; TO INVESTIGATE, DEBATE, PROMOTE AND PUBLICIZE THOSE POLICIES WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE ORGANIZATION, SHALL BENEFIT THE INDUSTRY, THE ORGANIZATION AND IT'S MEMBERS; TO COOPERATE WITH ALL OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITH COMMON PURPOSE AND GOALS; TO UNITE IN COMMON ACTION TO FURTHER THESE GOALS; TO PROMOTE GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE AMONG ITS MEMBERS; TO STRIVE TO SECURE THE HIGHEST STANDING OF ETHICAL AND MORAL PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT BY ITS MEMBERS AND THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY.

SOME OF THESE EVENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:LUNCHEONS - HELD APPROXIMATELY 10 TIMES PER YEAR; THE PURPOSE IS TO INFORM AND EDUCATE MEMBERS ABOUT RELEVANT REAL ESTATE ISSUES AND DEVELOPMENTS.DINNER DANCES, OUTINGS, SOCIAL GATHERINGS - THE PURPOSE IS TO GATHER MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS TOGETHER TO INFORM PARTICIPANTS OF CURRENT AND UPCOMING EVENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS.PRINTING & PUBLICATIONS - PERIODIC NEWSLETTER AND MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY IS PRINTED AND CIRCULATED TO ALL MEMBERS.
