COMMUNITY RESIDENCE AND APARTMENT TREATMENT PROGRAMA GROUP-LIVING DESIGNED RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON REHABILITATION OF SERIOUSLY MENTALLY ILL ADULTS. THE PROGAM IS DESIGNED TO TEACH THE CLIENTS THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO LIVE IN A MORE INDEPENDENT SETTING. THIS PROGRAM SERVED AN AVERAGE OF 115 CLIENTS IN 2021. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED WAS 156 IN 2021.


SUPPORTED HOUSING APARTMENTSTHE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN LOCATING AND SECURING HOUSING OF THEIR CHOICE AND IN ACCESSING THE SUPPORTS NECESSARY TO LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THE COMMUNITY. THE SUPPORTED HOUSING PROGRAM ASSISTED AN AVERAGE OF 215 CLIENTS IN 2021. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CLIENTS SERVED WAS 230 IN 2021.


VOCATIONAL PROGRAMTHE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO ASSIST ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES TO PREPARE FOR, CHOOSE, AND MAINTAIN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT. IN 2021, THE VOCATIONAL PROGRAM SERVED A TOTAL OF 222 INDIVIDUALS IN NEW YORK. THE PROGRAM HAD A PLACEMENT RATE OF 60% OF THE CLIENTS SERVED ALL OVER THREE COUNTIES. 98% OF THE CLIENTS SERVED MAINTAINED THEIR JOB FOR GREATER THAN THREE MONTHS.
