CMP'S MISSION, THEN AND NOW, IS TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.

Part 3 - Line 4a
TRAIN AND EARN WORKS WITH YOUNG ADULTS TO PREPARE THEM FOR POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION AND THE WORKFORCE. THROUGH THE PANDEMIC, CMP WAS ABLE TO HELP YOUTH GAIN ENTRY TO COLLEGE, OBTAIN REMOTE INTERNSHIPS, AND TO FURTHER THEIR GOALS.
BUSINESS OUTREACH CENTER WORKS WITH ASPIRING AND EXISTING ENTREPRENEURS TO START OR EXPAND THEIR BUSINESSES. CMP HOSTED 18 WEBINARS WITH ABOUT 300 ATTENDEES, HELD NUMEROUS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING TO HELP BUSINESSES UNDERSTAND REGULATIONS, CHANGING BUSINESS MODELS, AND HOW TO RE-OPEN.
CHINESE SCHOOL IS A CULTURAL AND LANGUAGE PROGRAM WORKING. CMP HELPED OVER 500 STUDENTS TO CULTIVATE LANGUAGE SKILLS.
