THE BRONX- MANHATTAN NORTH ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ENHANCES EACH MEMBER'S ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A COMPETENT, SUCCESSFUL AND ETHICAL MANNER; PROMOTES COOPERATION AMONG ITS DIVERSE MEMBERSHIP; PROTECTS THE RIGHT TO USE AND TRANSFER REAL PROPERTY; SERVES AS THE LOCAL VOICE OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AND EDUCATES THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE VALUE OF USING A REALTOR.THE ASSOCIATION ALSO ENGAGES IN PROJECTS THAT BENEFITS THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. SUCH PROJECTS INCLUDE: FUNDRAISING AMONG OUR MEMBERS TO ASSIST A 10TH GRADER TO ATTEND A PRESTIGIOUS SUMMER PROGRAM AT GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY; COLLECT TOYS AND MONEY TO ASSIST IN FAMILIES IN NEED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON; AND RAISE FUNDS FPR VARIOUS CHARITIES SUCH AS CAMP GOOD DAYS AND SPECIAL TIMES, CHARITIES THAT HELP KIDS FACING THE CHALLENGES OF CANCER.
