TO BE THE LEADING ADVOCATE FOR ALL WESTCHESTER COUNTY PHYSICIANS AND THE PATIENTS THEY SERVE. IN ADDITION, WCMS WAS CREATED TO PROMOTE THE CREATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF MEDICAL COMPETENCY OF PHYSICIANS IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY.

THE WCMS PRIMARY OBJECTIVES ARE TO EXTEND MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ADVANCEMEDICAL SCIENCE; TO ELEVATE THE STANDARD OF MEDICAL EDUCATION; SECURE ENFORCEMENT OF FAIR MEDICAL LEGISLATION; TO FOSTER, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE DIALOGUE AMONGST HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS TO OBTAIN THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND QUALITY OF MEDICAL CARE; TO ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND TO ENLIGHTEN AND DIRECT PUBLIC OPINION IN REGARD TO PROBLEMS AND ISSUES IN MEDICINE.
