JOINTLY DEVELOP (WITH CENTERS FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING AND STATE AGENCIES) THE STATE PLAN ON INDEPENDENT LIVING AND MONITOR AND EVALUATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DOCUMENT. ENSURE THAT REGUARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS TAKE PLACE AND ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. PARTNER WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO ADDRESS THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF ALASKANS WITH DISABILITIES. SUBMIT REPORTS - FUNDER OF STATE OF ALASKA DIVISION OF SENIOR AND DISABILITY SERVICES (THROUGH THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, USING FEDERAL INNOVATION AND EXPANSION FUNDS).
