IT ACTS AS AN UMBRELLA ORGANIZATION TO ASSIST AFFILIATED GROUPS IN DEFINING, ESTABLISHING, AND ACHIEVING THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF KOVOD HAMES (RESPECT FOR THE DEAD) AS DEFINED BY JEWISH LAW.
