YOU GOTTA BELIEVE SEEKS TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS AND OTHER DIRE OUTCOMES FOR PRE-TEENS, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS IN FOSTER CARE BY CONNECTING THEM WITH PERMANENT LEGAL AND MORAL HOMES BEFORE THEY AGE OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.
