IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AN ON-SITE SERVICE COORDINATOR TO PROMOTE WELLNESS ACTIVITIES AND TO SUPPORT RESIDENTS LIVING INDEPENDENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY.
