THE CLUB PROVIDES A CLUBHOUSE, GOLF COURSE, & OTHER SPORTS FACILITIES FOR THE USE & ENJOYMENT OF THE MEMBERS.PART I - LINE 5 & PART V - LINE 2ATHE GARDEN CITY COUNTRY CLUB, INC. (THE "CLUB") HAS AN EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH A PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION ("PEO") THAT PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENCOMPASSING A BROAD RANGE OF SERVICES, INCLUDING BENEFITS AND PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION, HEALTH AND WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE PROGRAMS, PERSONNEL RECORDS MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYER LIABILITY MANAGEMENT, ETC. THE EXPENSE FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE CLUB'S SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS ON THE STATEMENT OF ACTIVITIES.
